Nicole Faraguna has served as Director of Outreach and Events for the Pennsylvania Land Trust Association since March 2005. Her responsibilities include managing the organization’s public outreach and education efforts, land trust communications and the annual Pennsylvania Land Conservation Conference. She also manages the Conservation Easement Assistance Program and edits the ConserveLand newsletter.
Nicole previously served as Director of Communications for the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs and Editor of the Borough News Magazine. She was instrumental in co-founding the Brush Valley Preservation Association in her own community and dedicating her efforts to preserving 2,000 acres. She volunteers with the Otzinachson Group of the Sierra Club, which is based in Lewisburg and is the Group’s Political Chair and Webmaster. She also is active with the statewide Chapter with which she serves as Co-Chair for the Power Line Committee and serves on the political, conservation and fundraising committees.
